For a full refund or exchange, products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.In the interest of hygiene, we regret to inform you that all cutlery and pierced jewellery is non returnable.
Two easy ways to return:
1. Use Blanchel Collection Service.
We are able to collect any inappropriate product from any UK mainland address on any weekday convenient to you. The collection would be between 9am and 5pm and this service is charged at £6. Please call 0871 472 2318 to arrange this.
2. Take the parcel to the Post Office.
Send goods back using Royal Mail. We do ask that you take a tracking number in case of any losses or damages. If the item is damaged or faulty we will refund the return costs up to and including £6. Please contact 0871 472 23 18 to inform us of the return beforehand.
Received a faulty/damaged incorrect product?
We apologise for this. Please contact customer services on 0871 472 23 18, we can arrange a collection or a replacement immediately.
Returned a product?
Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in to your account.
Please note, sale items are non-refundable. However, your Blanchel account will be credited for anything you may wish to order in the future.
If a product is returned out of the 7 days, a credit will be issued rather than a refund.
